Discipline, Attendance & Code of Conduct

I) Discipline: All the students are expected to maintain strict discipline within and outside the classrooms, library, laboratories and to observe the rules prescribed from time to time.

II) Students should be neatly dressed and must conform to the requirements of normal dress and appearance as required by the institution.

III) Any student who is persistently insubordinate repeatedly or willfully mischievous or is guilty of malpractice in connection with the examinations or has committed any act of serious indiscipline or misbehaviour or who, in the opinion of the Principal has adverse influence on his / her fellow students may be expelled permanently or removed from the rolls for a specified period by the Head of the institution.

IV) Prohibition: Smoking! Spitting/ Chewing Gutka or Pan masala/ consumption

of are alcohol strictly prohibited in the classroom and College premises.


 

V) Care of Eguigment and Furniture: Severe penalty will be imposed when a

student is found mishandling furniture or equipment, writing on walls or

causing damage to the building or property of the institution.


 

Vi) Identity Cards : Immediately after enrollment students of all courses should

furnish three passport size photographs of front pose, one of which will be

used on identity card. The identity card should be kept with the student and

should be produced whenever demanded. A fine will be charged for issue of

duplicate card.


 

VII) Attendance: Min 75% Attendance in theory and in practicals each separately is a must as per University Ordinances.


 

Vlll) Students should abide by guidelines issues by the Principal and Management

from time to time.


 

IX) Students should read the notices displayed on the College notice boards

regularly.


 

X) Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the College premises

(The rules of discipline and code of conduct may undergo modification, addition,

omission, and or alteration as the Principal and Management deem fit and proper.

In this regard the decision of the Principal and Management will be final and binding.)
